One steady 10 miler today. Out at 7/min pace for 2 miles then to 6:30-6:40 ish and 6-6:30 for the last 4 miles. Woke up late today because of sleep issues so I only managed to get one workout in. Oh well.. I expected to feel kinda tired today but it just wasn't the case. Opened up with an easy 7:12/min first mile and that didn't feel too bad, so I just listened to my body and slowly cranked up the pace without pushing things. Ft Union and 1300 east library loop. Stretch and a nap before work. |
