Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 2:40 at Deseret News Marathon. Never quite conquered that beast yet.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a good marathon again in the future.
Wake up run for 7 miles easy then 3 miles after work.
Twelve miles consisting of 7 miles easy jog before work then 5 miles after.
Steady state 5 mile commute run home.
Wakeup run very early for 7 miles. Night shifts really suck..
Moderate 4 mile wakeup run.
Easy 7 miles with pickups in pace for 8x30 seconds.
Easy 6 miles with some hills.
