Easy 9 miles on the treadmill. 9-7:30/mile pace.
Progression marathon pace run up to Cottonwood heights and Sandy bench area. Three miles easy warm up and then slowly building pace from 8:30s to finishing with a 6:38 last mile.
Easy recovery jog this afternoon on 7th o/b.
Easy 5 miles this morning before work.
