Personal:
Easy 10 miles with some hill surges.
Easy 5 miles on the treadmill while watching the news. Depressing to say the least.. Stock market plunge and possible war in Europe involving the United States. Cut the workout short and went home.
Easy 6 miles before work. Feeling blah with a lack of sleep and not eating enough carbs/protein etc.
AM-Easy 6 miles before work.
PM-Easy 4 mile jog with stretching and some weights.
AM-Easy 5 mile jog before work.
PM-Easy 5 miles at lunch time.
Easy 10 miles with some speed changes in the middle part of the run.
Easy 10 mile jog/run before work this afternoon.
