High aerobic 10 miler with 6 miles at 6:30-6:50ish pace. Last 4 miles at 6:15, 6:04, 5:55, and then kicked it in for a 5:18 last mile. The mileage reduction this week has helped put some zip back into the legs. And what a change in the weather from this morning! No wind, 46 degrees and sunny. Now what more could you ask for? :) |
