AM-Ten easy miles this morning at 70-75% mhr. Time to start bringing the miles up and then once I get used to that I may start putting in some 1000s, hopefully by May. I don't know why, but the relay has triggered something in me to muster up even more determination and focus now.

PM-5 miles easy around the neighborhood. 70-75% mhr. Some stretching after.

You guys really kicked some tail in the relay. That must have been pretty cool to be part of a winning team effort.

If I might ask, what is the significance of 'Air Darkhorse'?

Air Darkhorse=One bad, unpredictable fast horse. Just kidding, Brent of BS Rools gave me that nickname and it stuck.

That was a blast huh steve? I wish that we didnt have to split up in two vans its not fair. Once we got the lead it became very fun. Its hard to push yourself when your by your lonesome. Its a whole new way of running. Now that I figured your name I put you on my list and Ill keep in touch. Id like to get my miles up also. Ill have to get with you for sure big guy! By the way you were soooo lucky to fly back! Not that I was ungrateful to be with the company of the guys down there but being in a van for 4 days is not a walk in the park! See ya
