Easy six miles out and back at 7-8/min pace.  7th east south and back.  Felt pretty good considering I ran a marathon yesterday.

You were running pretty smoothly for the day after a marathon, both times I saw you.

That was interesting about the stretching and massage. You might want to try using a rope to help you stretch. I am also experimenting with yoga to see if I can loosen up my joints more.
