One easy recovery run today for 9 miles on the treadmill.  Better than hard concrete again today..   8-8.5 mph /0% incline.

I give Glenn Randall props as well. He's getting chewed up by the message board peanut gallery, but I'll never criticize a guy for showing some huevos. Maybe it was stupid, but he doesn't care what the critics say, and I admire that!

I agree, the announcers were pretty harsh. Think about the bragging rights he's got now. He did get some quality TV time too.
