Easy 9 miles up and down Provo Canyon with Sasha and Ben. Not bad.. I was expecting severe physical and mental torture today but instead got a decent lesson in mathematics and related programming in addition to a nice easy run.  To be continued tomorrow or the next day.

I call them the 3 "R's" for Sasha - Running, Religion and aRithmatics (with a bit of Russian humor and chess thrown in).

I actually enjoy it. It is a nice change of pace from a lot of the usual stuff you get. If you are running Draper Days I will see you Saturday.

Especially now in our time.

Chad, not running Draper Days. Not in the budget this time. I know it's not that expensive but it all adds up. I may go to see results however since I live relatively close by.

I hear you on the running budget. I stick with mostly budget races (halfs under $40 and 10's and 5's under $20 and only a couple marathons a year - which are always to expensive anymore). I don't have anything on the schedule until St. George. That is awesome that you are able to train with Sasha again.
