AM-6 miles very easy. No time. 7th east out and back. Yep, I gotta virus of some sort. Everybody at work had it and I guess it was my turn to partake. Oh well, take it easy until it clears. I hate it when this happens, same time as last year it seems. I was planning to run a nice little 13 miler with some fartlek on the hills. Scrub that mission.

Better to get it now then when you are full blown into your training like what happened to me in September. Get feeling better.
