AM-Easy distance day of 10 miles. Going to start a buildup now that I have had some easier weeks to recoup from racing. 10 miles easy. No time. PM-Another 10 miles easy out to South Mountain and back while listening to some vintage New Order/ Joy Division. What can I say I'm a child of the 80's! 6:45/7min/mi. Stretching afterwords. Boy that chiro did me a lot of good. He is a good aquaintance of Paul and Jame's chiropractor. I can actually touch my toes now. |
