AM- Easy 4 miles on the mill. (7:29@1.5% avg with warm up.) Felt more recovered this morning but I could definitely feel last weeks mileage. Other than that pretty darn good. I think I'm starting to really come back into shape.
AM2-10 miles JRT out/back. No watch.
PM-6 mile jog on the treadmill at 7:30-8/min/mi pace.
