AM-A quick 5 miles this morning due to time limits.  Total  time-32:40 with warmup. 6-6:30/mi.

PM- 6 miles with the Pachev family today. Interesting run, felt like a running cowboy trying to help Sasha keep the kids together while on the go. It was a nice change of pace though. 7-8:30/mi pace avg.
