AM-Easy 6 miles this morning on the Rio loop.  42:36/7:06 avg.  Swallowed a bee!  yum.. Luckily I was not stung but it freaked me out a bit at first.

PM-Easy 6 miles quick with a pickup in pace to 6:30/mi  for the last 3 miles. 40:42 total time.   7th and Altaview hospital out and back.
