AM-4.5 miles 7th east loop. No time. Injury has improved but there is something nagging and lingering about it that I don't like so I made the appt with TOSH. I've got to figure out this pattern and get back on track somehow.

Br-Cereal/oats.

L- 1/2 cup Blueberries/3oz turkey/4slice french bread./milk.

Sn-1 cup dried Tropical mix. 1/2 package fudge stripe cookies.

D-Ravioli/large Colossimo Italian sausage. (my favorite sausage:)  3 breadsticks./Green pepper salad.

Sn2-Banana/milk.

Smart to get your injury sorted.

I'm just getting caught up on your blog, I have a book idea that may be of help for you in getting your nutrition optimized. I struggle in that area as well. Anyway, here's the link to the book.

Thanks Adam, I've seen it in the book store but have yet to really look at it more in depth. I'll have to do that when I get a chance. The injury thing is just plain weird, one side will recover and the other will get injured. It's a vicious cycle that has me moving down the road like Hop along Cassidy with one leg at times..

Hey Steve. Sorry about the injury trouble. Who are you seeing at TOSH? My sis-in-law works there with Joel...

That's him. At least for the initial evaluation.

You also received treatment there also if I'm right. Did it take long to get straightened out?

From Josh E on Tue, Jun 17, 2014 at 09:15:00 from 205.235.104.4

Yup - with Joel and Ashley. If you see Ashley, tell her ssup. I went just once and didn't return because it's expensive with my high deductible health plan. Luckily the injury kind of just went away not long afer with a week of the exercises they gave me.

Sweet. Glad to hear that.
