AM-Long run early this morning with 12 miles at marathon pace with pacing at 6:10min-5:36min/mile. Most miles at 5:45-5:50. Easy ones at 6:50-7:15/mile. Felt good to be out this morning with such awesome spring weather.

Yes, I registered for Utah Valley Marathon a while ago. I kind of regret not just eating the 100 plus dollar entry at SLC though. I looks like this year I would have possibly been in the money to cover it. Hindsight is 20/20? However, I'm going to school and money is way tight..
In fact my wife and I debated it the other night and this year I actually listened to her! LOL!!

Then then are the times when I or the wife works alternate weekends. Not very easy to work around a racing schedule. But, hey that's life I guess..

Good news about Utah Valley. I'll be there too. I've heard only good things about that race. Don't know why it can't get included in the LDR Circuit. Anyway, all training and no racing can get dull, so I'm sure you're glad to have something to point towards.
