Run a good marathon again in the future.
Personal:
Easy run with speed changes on the back end.
AM-Easy 6 miles with 10x30 second pickups.
Easy 5 miles on the JRT out and back.
Easy three mile jog with weightlifting later on that day.
Ten miles on the JRT out and back. Not my best run but got it done.
Easy 5 miles out and back.
Easy 3 miles on the treadmill with upper body weights.
Easy 6 miles out and back on the JRT. Really need to work in some different types of workouts for higher end fitness.
