PM-4.35 miles at the gym by Kim's work. (30:06) Running late to pick her up unfortunately so had to cut it short.  Another 9 miles later on the road to go back and pick up my watch I left on the treadmill!  Fortunately it was still there:) Wow, if I lose any more weight I'm going to need a smaller band or a new watch..
