Nice, but soggy Long Run up to Draper Park and down the trail. Up at 7-7:15/mile pace and then finished the last 3 controlled but faster in 6:44, 6:36, and 6:10 finally. Picked it up to 1:19 last 400m to turn the legs over a bit. Felt like I could have gone more but decided to save it for another day. I really don't want to risk being over trained again. 17 miles total/7th and 1300 east route/hills. |
