Medium effort 5 miles at 80% mhr at SLCC center after class.  Unfortunately my boys had crashed  by the time I got home this evening.  I was planning to get out the RC helicopter and fly it with them. 

 Oh well, I had some good downtime tonight any how.  Darkhorse out..
