Am- Dimple Dell Gully run with the team. I had the team do a 1.2 mile warm-up loop then Blake, Davis, Read and I ran the gully longer run with a little extra up top at the park equaling 9 miles.

Our workout was to do 9 miles in 72 minutes. Thats 8 minute pace. Through the bottom of the gully we were a little slow between 8:10 and 8:20, but thats normal then on the road and at the park we picked it up quite a bit. So we dropped down a little bit through top section. We didn't drop much since we finished in 69:29.

Up at the park we got into a really stupid argument about whether to do more laps up top or more laps at the very end. It was pointless and fortunatle we resolved it pretty quickly. Like Murphy said we have to have consistent positive thoughts so we can have consistent good training days.

I am very excited for The Sandy Classic this friday! I'm even more excited for the Transplan Games they start next friday! I leave next Wednesday. My Uniform looks really good thanks to Jake!

Good run.

All I did was make sure you got RUNNING singlets and not WRESTLING singlets! Apparently a lot of people associate singlets w/ wrestling... and that probably wouldn't be a great look for a distance race :-)

That would have been my communication mistake. :) Thanks!

Take a picture of the uniform and post it on your blog.

Nice run today.
