Personal: My Mom donated half of her liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 24 years. I hope to do so for years to come.
I served a mission for my church in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'.
I am a Senior studying Healthcare Administration at BYU-Idaho.

| | Very cold wet run for most of the time we had about 10 mins of sunlight. I can still barely move my fingers typing.
I'm entered in the 3200m and the 1600m at the Alpha invite on Thursday and Friday. I'm excited what more I can do! 😊

| | 4 easy miles and some striders. I drive over to the Tri-meet at Jordan to encourage and time some jv runners. They did pretty good for the cold conditions. Cubby ran 4:47 for the mile and about 10:44ish for the 3200m with no one really pacing him. Some other great performances by zach, chandler, Conner and new freshman Dillon!

| | I decided to do an hour out on the track. I did 2mins hard, 3mins easy. It was pretty tough staying on the track that long. It hurt my it band a bit but it will be fine.
