4 miles at Fort Knox. It is very humid but it is also not at altitude so breathing is easy but you sweat a lot. The knee still hurts but again not as bad as it has previously. Ran with the LTs that I am working with. We did 10x1min hard with 1 min easy rest. The 10x1min was at about 5:30-40 pace. As I sped up that is when I could feel the knee a little more. Did 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and 10 pull-ups before the run. |
