AM - Sasha House 10 Miler plus 2 extra miles. Overall was 1:28:34 for 12.04 miles or 7:23 pace avg. Managed to average 7:03 for the last 7 miles. Legs are still sore but getting a little better. James ran the first three with us again. Oh yeah if you read this I would really like to run the St. George Marathon this year as I have a work conflict with TOU and it will also give me more time to get in shape. If anyone has or knows anyone with a St George entry that they are willing to sell please let me know. Thanks!

PM - 1.26 with kids this evening.

Ted, I'll check around and let you know if I hear anything.

Ted, I will sell you mine if you promise to run under 2:20, without changing the name on the registration of course.

You could check with Kris Erickson at the USATF office and see if she has any comps.

Scott,

I would make that promise but then I would fail to keep it and I prefer to be an honest man. I will ask Kris but I don't think I am fast enough yet to get a comp entry. Hopefully something will come up so I can join everyone at St. George.
