Well, good news is the foot felt a lot better this morning. I got up and jogged on it to see how it felt. It felt ok but still there. I really wanted to go run with Sasha but there was a real nagging in my mind that said I better not. It was hard to give in and not go run anyway. I know if it started to feel better after one day then there is a possibility that it will completely heal if I give it another day or two. As much as I want to get out the door and run I need to force myself to take a couple more days off to see if it can heal up completely. Another piece of good news is that I am really starting to get the desire to really train harder and take things more seriously. Up until now I did not seem to have the same desire I did in the past when I was training hard. I am itching to get going again which is a good sign. |
