Masters USATF Cross Country National Championships 8k in St. Louis, MO!
Maybe a marathon in 2013?
Long-Term Running Goals:
Enjoy running and racing at whatever level I am able to. Possibly run another marathon post Microfracture Surgery in under 3:00.
Personal:
I'm in the Army. I am married with four children (20/17/13/8 years old). Trying to return to previous running form after having microfracture knee surgery in July 2008.
Easy Provo River day with Sasha averag pace 7:18. I bit on the tired side as I am still a bit sick and I drove to Cedar City yesterday afternoon and drove back last night as well getting home about midnight.
Nice Running pace for being sick. I hope you start to feel better. Our you training a lot of downhill to get ready for the Ogden Marathon?

Not much mostly flat as of late. However, I will see if I can convince Sahsa to start running more downhill in the canyon over the next couple weeks.
Feeling much better today than yesterday so things seem to be heading back in the right direction.
Glad to hear you are feeling good after Boston. I think 2:45 is well within your reach at Ogden and would be happy to try and pace you. No guarantee that I can go the whole way at that pace but I am willing to give it a shot.
Thanks it would be great to run with you guys. There is also no guarantees that I can hang on for a 2:45, but I never know until I give it a shot.
