Sasha House 10 Miler

10 mile Provo River route in 70:16 (7:00avg.). Had a large group today. Son James, Breanna, Sasha, Nick and Jeff. James and Breanna ran first 3 with us then headed back. I ran first 6 with Sasha, Nick and Jeff and then they started there Tempo. I paced the first 400 in 1:20 and then went back to my own pace. Second 5 miles was in 33:08. Legs felt ok today, still a little sore but getting a bit better as the week goes on. I will probably add another short run with son Jared this evening.

Ran with son Jared; his 4th day in a row.

Push-ups=50; Sit-ups=100

Ted, are you running the 1/2 this weekend? If so, I am looking forward to meeting/running with you.

I am undecieded but I will probably be there to get a long run in. I am very sore and tired after going from 0 miles to what will be about 65 miles this week but I need to get a run in so I might as well have company. I will most likely see you there. If you link up with Sasha we will probably be able to meet either before or after the race. It will be good to meet more people from the blog.
