Knee ok but again very slow progress. 5:00am-7:30am at BYU Gym 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups 15 minutes sitting bike covering 4 miles (heart rate 140-150) 15 weight machine exercises with 30 reps per exercise 15 minutes of elliptical covering 1.25 miles
