Rocket! You look so much stronger now. And that's saying something. Hey what about the guy in the green glasses behind you. Talk about not placing your arms properly. He looks like he's doing the robot.

Hahahaha! He does look like he's doing the robot, that's hilarious!

Looking great...running is a great form of exercise to keep you healthy and young.
As for the arms, just keep practicing keeping your shoulders relaxed and your arms should drop.
Keep it up!

Check out Mr. Roboto as he crosses the finish line - if he wanted to be a spokesperson against skin cancer he would be in trouble!

You look beautiful! Great time too. My coach made me carry a cup in each hand until my arms were in the proper place.

Auntie, I'm very curious about the cup exercise - what kind of cup was it, I don't get how it would help?

I think I was supposed to pretend my coffee was in there! These were EARLY morning track workouts. If my hand raised up too high, the coffee would spill. Just helped me get the forward/back horizontal motion with the arm, without getting the hands raised up to my chest so high. Your right arm in your pictures looks very much like my left one looked - kind of crunched in and too high with the hand. I also had some range of motion issues with that shoulder, which has improved as well. I hope you understood my explanation - its hard to put it in words.
