If I had gone running even for a little bit, and if it had been a little less cloudy this would have been the best day ever e-ver, period.
Will took me to Blackwater wildlife refuge in southern Maryland. One of the most beautiful places I've seen in the East coast. Absolutely gorgeous! We biked 40 miles on the almost empty roads, a very flat ride but we were going fast. Then we kayaked for an hour or so, we were pretty tired... Will bikes on his mountain bike the whole time, so he gets a great workout! Too tired to run when we got back, tomorrow I'll get a good run, hopefully with Mr Montelepsy! |
