Biked to the office from Bethesda, 10 miles. Did some work I had left from Friday - nice being in the office when nobody is around! In the afternoon I ran to Ballston to see my friend Sangeeta and how her recovery was going. Hot and muggy... felt really tired, went really slow. Not sure why I'm so tired lately... need to watch my food better. May be the heat, but it's not that bad yet... maybe I need to get used to it.

Note to self: stop making stupid bets or you'll end up having to run wearing all sorts of colors and statements...

But bets are FUN!!!! Maybe it would make us all run faster and try harder?

I think it is the heat. Blame it on the heat!

ha ha ha ... most of the "colors" are the same aren't they? one-four of the following: Green, red, blue, white and black (which we all know goes with everything!). Now more interesting colors for flags colors would be something like shocking pink, blinding green, or Monet yellow ;-).

ha ha ha Lucia ... now your comment made me laugh.

Maybe we should had bet something like shaving off the head....naw, just kidding.

Take it easy. Anyways, Bonnie is going to be your partner with the flags, no? you are not alone...
