Biked to work, biked to the Smithsonian after work and met up with the Capitol Striders for a group run around the mall. It's fun running with people once in a while, but I've realized I really enjoy running by my self or with just one or two good friends - not really a group person unless it's a race...

On the way back home I realized I had dropped a glove... so I went back to get it. Surprisingly, it was there still! Lucky me!

Shins hurt a bit more than they have been... not sure if I'll run tomorrow...

TGIF everyone!

I have been so lazy and did not want to type in you new blog address. If I can not push a button and make a blog show up, I forget to check it out!

You have been doing some awesome training! GOOD LUCK in the New Year and i am sure you will reach all of your goals (just do not seek any dangerous activities out, like biking near cars or poles or whatever).

Have a great weekend!

Rocket, have you been running on cement? W would stay off that stuff if possible, killer on the shins and knees.

You are really and independent person, somewhat like myself. I have shown up several times, at running clubs when traveling to run with a group. Sometimes it turns out great, other times, not so good. But, usually, I came away with an interesting story.

Stay Kool, Rocket on, B of BS Rools out

What had the Doc said about your shins?
