Personal:

I was a single mom.  Two times over.  We all survived, despite the fact that I make atrocious decisions.  Then, I met a man I didn't deserve.  And he loves me so much.  And I love him. We lived in sin and bought a house for two years then hired a judge and officially got married(to our great delight and also the delight of our mothers), then a month later he was diagnosed with cancer.  Well we survived all that and he's 100% fine now.  But, we're really out of shape and really busy with kids and jobs and running just isn't my priority and there's so many other layers to all of it, but I'm running anyway.  This is my failure blog now.  Just to log that one run a week if I snag it.
Somehow that matters and I want that run recorded.

I got tired just reading that... I bet no one in the class runs 60-70+ miles a week in addition to fight club.

That's one serious circuit. I think Joe should go to fight club too and you could video his first visit and post it on youtube.

Now I'm smiling, chuckling, laughing so hard it's hurting. I have this image of Joe (whatever he looks like)in boxing gloves, banging out burpees - priceless:)

And this is why I read the blog. After feeling good about one of my workouts, I'm instantly humbled by someone who puts mine to shame. And the cycle of motivation continues! No doubt that fight club is a huge reason for your success. Amazing cross training & core work.

Joe--probably not, but there are a few that do a lot of kickboxing and Bjj and are at that gym doing serious work!

Bam--I don't even want to know what I look like banging out burpees at fight club, among the other ridiculous things we do, surely Joe can't look any worse, but, he is kinduva tall string bean so yeah, maybe he would look goofier

Russ--hey Montana! I love the blog, have gotten to see people fight their way to amazing things over the years. It's always exciting and humbling for me--and motivating!
