Dreadmill. 4 mile warm up, 3 mile tempo increasing speed every half mile 6:40, 6:35, 6:31, 6:27, 6:22, 6:18. 3 mile cooldown. Tempo felt surprisingly decent and controlled until the last half mile, that one was a bit difficult, definitely cross some kinda threshold at sub 6:20 pace. still, this is progress. |
