Day of atonement for weekend sins, although I was not too terribly bad this weekend. One hour on the elliptical, 3 miles on the treadmill, mile 1 6mph, mile 2 6.5 mph, mile 3 6.6mph with 7 mph for the last quarter mile. No pain, felt good. Topped it off with 4 miles on the virtual bike. Ankle is doing fantastic but I'm going to keep up the crosstraining and ease back into the running as slowly as I can stand it. Staycation is over and I am back to work today. |
