am: 5 pretty brisk at 6:41 AP while Vanessa was at her appointment, legs felt good. Then I hit the gym for a great 70 minutes of core and weights. Looking forward to a nap and then track tonight!
pm: 6. no track--after looking at my week's schedule, the only real reasonable time for a long run this week is tomorrow morning, so me and Mini went to the downtown Y and I ran a 6 mile shakeout. I will touch base with speed when I am stuck on the treadmill this weekend |
