40 minutes at the downtown Y. tried to go rapidly between sets of one-legged pushups and abs to get my heart rate up at least a little, than did sets of weights with more abs in between. tried to bend my knee more last night and it felt like something was gonna rip so I stopped. will have to be patient to do cardio, stationary bike if the knee bends first or pool of the calf wound heals first. I'm still placing bets on the knee |
