RAn easy on parts of my old courses in Crawfordsville. It was weird to feel so safe running in the dark! I haven't felt like that since High School. I saw many family friends HOrners, Elliots, Mallott's and also many classmates just by happenstance. REally I had a blast with my cousins. The story of when Jon (one of the cousins) Tried to kick his dad with his prosthetic leg, while standing on a landing, and his dad took the leg off and threw it down the stairs had us all laughing so hard we were in tears! Jon lost his leg to cancer when he was 10. Of course as he aged he saw the ultilitarian use for his leg as a weapon, and even broke his stump in the process once. His sister told the story. My cousin Juli's baby is beautiful. It was a great weekend. |
