I did 3 hill repeats on a 1000-1200 meter loop. total run 1:03:15. Felt pretty good. It was freezing!

Ran 1.5 in the evening with cooper 12:50 for the total! He was determined to make it too the water tower and back! We had to stop and run "sprints" on the soccer field too (that isn't added in). We watched the video on Ryan Hall on GodTube this morning and now he's pumped. "Make me a fast runner Mommy". As he knows I can't do that, but I can help him love to run!

That's so cool you are running with your kids. My kids can run faster than me now from all the training their Dad has given them(not that that is saying too much)..I'll bet your boys will be fast will such a great role model.

Thanks sarah for the compliment! He begged me this morning to start coaching him, and wanted to know when he could race next, "and not a little kids race mom. A real race with grown-ups" He's so spunky! He got a side cramp and said, "ouch! I'm not stopping! I'm not letting this pain win over me!" hahahahaha
