Fartlek today. 7.8 miles in 45 min. (5:46 permile) on the treadmil this time. extremely boring, but incredibly accurate. When there's 9 inches of snow on the ground and no seems to shovel, and every road is well traveled, well what else can you do? this is my new 10k pr. haha. all the Chocolate Chip cookies I pigged out on decided to stay put in my intestines which was nice of them. What great little helpers!

no I was watching insulation, and a yard. thank goodness actually. I probably would've run slower if I were watching cartoons. haha! I did see a neighbor leave his drive way with his gas can on his trunk!
