Ran 4x1000 today with a 3 minute recovery. Best time 5:10 and up to 5:23. Ran 4 miles total.
Feels good to run long distance. Lower back and neck is sore. Tired for the most part (: plus a super side ache at the bottom of my right ribs.
Grass run with striders. Ran 1 mile around soccer field plus 1 mile striders. I was really tired today and going to take a nap. My left SI joint is in pain. I think I will ice a lot today and I love my icey hot!
