Ran 4x1000 today with a 3 minute recovery. Best time 5:10 and up to 5:23. Ran 4 miles total.
Feels good to run long distance. Lower back and neck is sore. Tired for the most part (: plus a super side ache at the bottom of my right ribs.
It was nice to run that It felt so good just running hard then that recovery!
