We still haven't had a practice with Coach yet, which is really weird to me.  The run today was supposed to be on our own, but I met up with Brighton, Ash, and Annalee.  We tried a new run today, which was fun.  It ended up being a really really uphill run by the church, but it was okay because we kept the pace a bit more under control (7:26).  I stopped at 6.
