Went to the running club meeting place and nobody was there.  There are a lot of races this morning which is why there were so many no shows.  Ran along Davis Blvd to the end then cut down to Orchard and continued south to the highway then made my way back to the starting point.  Going back up 400 North is tough to do at the end of a run.  With 1/2 mile to go I was starting to feel pukey and my chest started to hurt.  Told myself that these are the feelings that I need to learn to ignore and push through.  Only got 1/4 mile before I involuntarily stopped and decided to walk the last 1/4 mile as a "cool down".  The run was pretty good despite the disappointing breakdown at the end.

I tried to get to the meeting point in time but I couldn't...I also didn't want to run up 400 north. That is one hard hill!

Don't forget to rest and take good care of yourself. Do I need to get Smooth after you?

You are so amazing ... just take it easy a bit, please.

Andy, I relate to your feelings. Good job.
