Not too much longer before I start complaining about the heat. It was cool this morning but the end is in sight. My pace was all over the place ranging from 7:15 - 7:50 but the effort felt consistent. Good luck to all the Boston runners. It looks like it is a great day for a run.

Still no soda. Although I did cheat a little and sipped the foam off one of my kids drinks. I've lost 4 pounds so I need to find a way to supplement the calories.

Paul - He ran a great race. His splits are almost identical to a guy in my running club. I wonder if they ran together or it is just coincidental. I better get my butt back into shape. I now have something to shoot for next year.

Boston 2010 is a long ways away but right now my plan is to run it. I have to try to get my "speed" back first. I guess I have 365 days to get it back.
