I woke up in the middle of the night to do a little work. Was able to go back to sleep for a couple of hours but felt really yucky when I woke up. My plan was just to go 4 easy miles but as I got going, I felt a lot better so I extended the run a little. I kept the pace super easy.

I find it funny how lack of sleep can really affect your motivation to go on a run but once you are out there it is all good!

Very funny Teena. My career in the escort service never really took off. I'm not sure if it is because of the faulty product or poor marketing. I only go to the office while my kids are in school. The cost of that flexibility is that sometimes I have to work into the wee hours to get things done. It's a small price to pay, though.
