I took Kathie's advice and ran a different route.  I threw in some hills to try to jump start my legs.  Ran from home up to Davis Blvd then back again.  Going up felt pretty good but coming down I couldn't quite get in the groove.  Still feeling kind of clunky but not as bad as the past few days.

Still feeling clunky, huh? Well that stinks!!!

Nice job mixing it up a bit. :)

Good idea. I'm still impressed with all you do as studly single dad.

Great run. Your still getting in all the runs. Yet the clunky, dead legs are still lingering. Are you working towards anything right now or just spinning your wheels?

Mark - I'm still spinning my wheels. There are a couple of fall marathons that I am considering but do not think that I will be in good enough shape for them.

You! Not in Good enough Shape!! Dude, you still got the whole summer to train, you could get there if you wanted to.
