I'm going to a JDRF charity walk this morning so I had to get my run in early this morning.  Felt very strange this morning.  I had a hard time picking up my feet and getting them to move.  I almost fell a few times because I tripped on cracks in the sidewalk.  Just no power in my legs for some reason.  Regardless of how I felt, it was great to be out this morning because the weather is amazing this time of year.

I've read before it is very efficient to not lift your legs too high and wast energy on vertical motion. You were just super-efficient this morning.
