I have officially become a slacker.  As I made the trek upstairs to put my running clothes on, I decided I didn't want to venture into the cold and plod through a few miles while my legs are hurting.  Making matters worse, I probably won't get a chance to run on Friday and Saturday as we are going to Mesquite for my girl's softball tournament.  I guess essentially taking 2 weeks off won't kill me.

Missing one run does not allow you entrance in the slackers club...believe me I am the president of the club and it takes a lot more than that!

I'm sure those legs will be glad to have a little more recovery time from SGM. Good call.

Nope we can't call you a slacker yet Andy. And a little time off may be just the ticket to get the fire back again. Two weeks won't do much at all to you, you'll get it all back come November.

Definitely take a little time off. I think you have been the most consistent runner I know. I could always count on finding a blog entry from you every morning, without fail. If you haven't decided on Ogden, there are probably only 100 spots left. Just an FYI. Maybe I should just tell you it's full so you won't even have to worry about it. lol
