I felt alrightish this morning.  I decided to take it easy this week and not worry about a speed workout.  I was able to maintain a decent pace during the run and the effort felt good.  Had some funny twinges in my legs but nothing too serious.

How is your ex doing? My sis-in-law has diabetes and it stinks! Great running though. Sometimes we all need a nice easy week.

Thanks for asking, Michelle. She is doing better. She was moved out of ICU last night and she should be going home today. I sometimes wonder if I overstep my bounds by being with her at the hospital for the past couple of days but it is hard to change after being the one to take care of her for the last 18 years.

I think it is great that you are still involved. I agree with you, you've spent a lot of years with her and she is the mother of your children so I think you are great to do it. Your kids will definitely thank you for it.

Thanks. I'm not sure the good guy thing is working out for me. I'm thinking of giving the "bad boy" image a shot.

Oh come on! Everyone loves the good guy. I like the bad boys in high school but when we grow up, we realize the good guys are where it's at:)
